My Mission
Hi! My name is Sophie Howell, L.E., and I am currently, the only State Licensed Electrologist in Atlanta, holding an active California State License. Georgia currently has no Licensing or practice standards, which is why I took the months needed to be properly trained and state-licensed, unlike other electrologists. I am also the owner and operator at ZAP! electrology services!
At ZAP! my mission is to provide exceptional electrology services rooted in a commitment to gender-queer support, affirmation care, and providing attentive service. I strive to create a safe and inclusive environment where everyone can feel respected, valued, and confident in their choice for permanent hair removal.
As a member of the queer community I have a strongly held core belief in affirming each person's identity. I am passionate about accepting all human individuals in the LGBTQIA+ family and beyond. No matter how you identify or express yourself we are here to make you feel comfortable and welcome!

To ensure I can provide the best treatment service possible, I serve clients at a pace that allows me to achieve the most effective results possible. I take on new clients via a submission form to get to know you before reaching out.
At the moment, my books are open and I am taking on new clients.
I work closely with each new client to set up a consultation, where we tailor their needs and treatment to their specific case. My schedule has pre-determined hours on each day that I work, where appointments are assigned to a client for weekly or every other week appointments. I will contact clients when the available appointment slots match their submitted availability. The more open your availability, the sooner I can get to working with you.
